According to a new release by Property Shark, Avalon has the 3rd most expensive zip code in the state for 2022 and 82nd overall in the country!  Their annual report of "The Top 100 Most Expensive Zip Codes" collectively set new records, and with a $2,000,000 average Avalon leads the way at the Shore. 

Year-to-date in Cape May County, home prices have increased 5% versus 2021.  Even with the recent cool down and higher rates throughout the summer and early fall, Shore prices have been increasing and showing why the Shore market is such a good investment.
