South Jersey abounds with seafood festivals this time of year.  This one in Avalon is a local favorite!  Besides all the mouthwatering, fresh-of-the-boat seafood that will be available, there will be live music, a People's Choice Chowder contest on Sunday at 1pm, games, crafts and activities for the kids, as well as vendors selling jewelry, home decor, accessories and more!  Rain dates are Oct 15-16.
