Average Mortgage Rates At 3 Month Lows!

Mortgage rates rose quickly in January and February, but have slowed since then.  Rates are now once again south of 3%, which is still near historic lows!  Yes, home prices have increased.  But, low rates are keeping Shore homes historically affordable.  Why wait another summer for higher rates?
