Cape May NJ November 2014 Market Report

The month of November showed continued price increases for homes in Cape May. The median sales price increased 34% to $316,000 over this time last year.

The supply of homes (inventory) decreased 10% meaning buyers now have less homes to choose from as compared to a year ago.
