For the last report of 2020, December continued along the same path: increasing home prices, decreasing days spent on market, and strong buyer demand from low interest rates.  Homes are selling consistently up to 50% more quickly than they did in recent years.  Shore towns are showing months of inventory between 1-5 months, which means that inventory is very limited.  But, buyers continue to find great deals and great investments, and home prices are beginning to see signs of leveling off.  

With all 2020 reports now in, we can see that 2020 was a banner year for people buying and selling at the Shore, despite the uncertainty.  Real estate continues to prove to be the soundest investment out there, so if you don't have to, why wait?
