With January's market reports, we can see the first set of statistics for 2021.  And, no surprise: the hot real estate market is showing no signs of slowing down.  Inventory and interest rates are near historic lows, which should keep the market moving at a similar pace, at least through the first quarter of 2021, but likely into 2022.  Prices and days-on-market continue to move favorably for sellers, and buyers are buoyed by the low interest rates, making Shore homes still historically affordable.  

If you're thinking of buying or selling at the Shore, now really is the time!  Lock into a low rate or get the most for your property.  Everyone has an advantage in this market.
