Jersey Shore Home Sales After Labor Day
There's an old myth that Labor Day marks the end of summer and you can't wear white until Memorial Day. Our white shoes are hidden until the following spring, when they make their grand debut.
Many people also believe fall marks the end of the home buying season at the Jersey Shore.
Both simply aren't true.
Last September 195 homes were sold in Cape May County and another 211 homes sold in October.
How does that compare to spring sales? 148 homes were sold in the month of March and 189 homes sold during April.
Selling a home at the Jersey Shore never goes out of style.
It’s not seasonal or predicated on the seasons.
In order to sell a home, it must be on the market and made available to buyers ready to make a purchase. It must be properly marketed and advertised to attract buyers who may not be in the immediate area. It must be professionally photographed and shown in its very best light.
Don’t wait until spring to debut your home to the Jersey Shore real estate market.
Call Teresa DiPeso & Jersey Shore Realty Group. Together we will get your home sold!
