Polar Bear Plunge, Friday-Saturday, January 12-13, Wildwood
If you can't brave the waters on Saturday, head out to the Bolero Resort (3320 Atlantic Ave) on Friday from 7-11pm for a Beef-n-Beer to raise money for the Special Olympics of NJ. A $20 donation will get you in on all the fun! The Plunge itself takes place Saturday on the beach behind the Wildwoods Convention Center at 1pm. Registration at 10am. Boardwalk Kennel All Breed Dog Show, Wednesday-Sunday, January 17-21
Over 150 breeds will compete in various categories in this great event. Competition will be from 8:30am-6pm daily. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors, $2 for 12 and under and can be purchased at the box office. Held at Wildwoods Convention Center at 4501 Boardwalk in Wildwood.

Head over to Fins Bar & Grille for this event, which will benefit the Mid-Atlantic Center for Arts & Humanities, which puts on scores of amazing, affordable events every year! 10:30am-2:30pm. No cover.
Madagascar: A Musical Adventure, Saturday-Sunday, January 13-14, 1735 Simpson Ave in Ocean City
Based on the hit DreamWorks animated film, this musical adventure will be a rocking good time for all ages! Better yet, it's FREE! Show on Saturday is at 10:30am and 2pm Saturday, and 2pm on Sunday at the Ocean City Public Library.
Sunday Supper & Hymn Sing, Sunday, January 14, Congress Hall in Cape May
Head down to historic Congress Hall, 200 Congress Place, for this unique event. Start out with a great Sunday supper in a family atmosphere, then sing along with professional singers to some of your favorite hymns. Cost is $16 for adults, $10 for kids.
