The New Jersey real estate market continues to improve. Home purchase demand recorded another double digit-increase in June with a 10% rise in signed purchase-contracts compared to one year ago (YOY).

Signed purchase agreements rose 10% compared to the previous year resulting in a 28% increase over the past two years.
