Sea Isle City NJ November 2014 Market Report

The month of November showed continued price increases for homes in Sea Isle City. The median sales price increased 6% to $550,000 over this time last year.

The supply of homes (inventory) decreased 27% meaning buyers now have less homes to choose from as compared to a year ago.
