This year, Night in Venice will be celebrating all things Philadelphia. The theme for 2023 is "It's a Philly Thing," paying homage to the vibrant culture and spirit of Philadelphia. The esteemed Grand Marshal for the event will be Jim Gardner, the iconic Action News anchor.

The boat parade will commence at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, starting from the Ocean City-Longport Bridge. Following the parade, a fireworks display is scheduled to take place at approximately 9:15 p.m. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m., and entertainment will be provided leading up to the arrival of the parade. The entertainment will continue until the fireworks commence, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.

Parking will not be available at the Bayside Center. However, a free shuttle service will be provided from remote parking locations. These locations include the Ocean City Municipal Airport, Ocean City Community Center, and Shelter Road parking area. The shuttle service aims to make transportation convenient for attendees.

Outside the Bayside Center, grandstands will be set up at various street ends along the bay. These grandstands are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The street ends where grandstands will be located are Battersea Road, North Street, 1st Street, 2nd Street Marina, 4th Street, 6th Street, 11th Street, 13th Street, 15th Street, 16th Street, and Tennessee Avenue. These grandstands offer an alternative viewing option for those who do not purchase tickets for the special viewing area.
