Wildwood NJ November 2014 Market Report

 

The month of November showed continued price increases for homes in the Wildwoods. The median sales price increased 21% to $309,000 over this time last year.

 

The supply of homes (inventory) decreased 4% and the number of homes sold increased 31% meaning buyers have less homes to choose from as compared to a year ago.
