The Boardwalk Craft Show is a must-see for any fan of handmade products. On the boardwalk just south of the convention center Free admission Rain or shine.  Begins at 9am.


-May 28-29, Wildwood International Kite Festival

On the beach at Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood, and inside the Wildwoods Convention Center. Event begins on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with the Unlocking of the Ocean media event outside of the Wildwoods Convention Center. Festivities following include opening of the Kite Sales Tent, Friday night social via the local kite club and the 9:00 p.m. illuminated night kite fly. Saturday includes the silent and loud auctions (open to all) and Saturday and Sunday include the flying of large inflatable kites, team flying, as well as family games.  Monday features the World lndoor Kite exhibition inside the Wildwoods Convention Center- FREE to spectators. A free ceremony taking place on Sunday, May 29, and every Sunday morning throughout the summer, to raise the casket flag of a Veteran and to honor and remember all veterans. Held at the Lou Booth Amphitheater at 2nd and Ocean Avenues in North Wildwood. -June 19, Antique Auto Show & Parade, Sea Isle

29th Street to JFK Blvd. & Promenade.  History-buffs and auto-enthusiasts will flock to display and admire scores of vintage vehicles while enjoying live music by The Snake Brothers Band.  At 1pm, trophies will be presented to the winners of the Antique Auto Show. Then, each of the vehicles entered in the auto show will parade through town, bringing this year's Skimmer Festival to a spectacular close.

-June 20-23, National Marbles Tournament

Games are held 8 a.m. – noon daily at Ringer Stadium, Wildwood Avenue and the beach, in Wildwood. The official national competition in the sport of marbles for boys and girls ages 8-14 that have qualified by winning local tournaments throughout the United States. More than 1,200 games of marbles will be played throughout the tournament! Some evening rounds of play proposed for Tuesday and Wednesday night.  On Thursday the “King” & “Queen” of marbles will be crowned on stage. FREE to spectators. Saturday, June 25, & Sunday, June 26, 2022 will feature youth and adult soccer teams from all over the East Coast competing in a barefoot soccer tournament. Games are played on the Wildwoods Beaches, between Spencer and Poplar Avenues. Over 1,000 teams will compete on the sand in the largest sand soccer tournament in the world! The Wildwoods, NJ is home to the largest collection of mid-century resort architecture in the country! Held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night in the summer, the tour leaves from the front of the Doo Wop Experience Museum, 4500 Ocean Avenue, in Wildwood at 8 p.m. Riders can re-live the exciting 1950’s and 1960’s in the Wildwoods-By-The-Sea. See the best of the Wildwoods’ Doo Wop style landmarks while a knowledgeable guide in Fifties attire recounts the popular culture of the era. This special fireworks spectacular is synchronized to patriotic music playing over the Wildwoods Boardwalk sound system! Launched from Pine Avenue & the Beach at 10pm, the fireworks are visible from anywhere on the Boardwalk. Head up to the boardwalk early for dinner and drinks, shopping, and all those awesome rides on the three amusement piers! 


-July 4, North Wildwood Patriotic Pooch Parade

Bike & LSV Participants check in from 8am until 8:45am at 9th & Atlantic Avenues, North Wildwood. Check in for Pooch Parade at Bill Henfey Park from 8am until 8:45am. Parade begins at 9 a.m. at 9th and Atlantic Avenues, joins Pooch Parade at 8th & Atlantic Avenues and proceeds north to 1st & Surf Avenues. No rain date. Prizes awarded for the best decorated bikes, strollers, scooters, golf carts etc. in red, white and blue theme. FREE. Call 609.522.2955 to register to participate in the parade. Pooches can be registered the day of the parade. All ages are welcome to participate in the parade.

Check in at 9th and Atlantic Avenues, North Wildwood. Every Tuesday morning from June 21 through August 30 at Excursion Park, JFK Blvd. & Pleasure Ave., visitors and residents are encouraged to browse and shop a variety of local produce and vendors. Guests can grab a cup of coffee and check out more than 30 vendors before hitting the beach, making it the perfect Tuesday morning ritual.

The festival will begin with a Seaside Vendor Craft Market along the oceanfront Promenade.  Also, the popular Fall Family Festival Food Court will be open in front of Excursion Park, located at JFK Boulevard and Pleasure Avenue, where a tempting selection of local delicacies and traditional festival-fare will be on sale.  Meanwhile, inside Excursion Park, festival-goers will enjoy live music and a variety of free family activities.  We will once again have free amusement rides from 10am to 4pm.

-September 18, Sea Isle Fall Family Fest Antique Auto Show & Parade

History-buffs and auto-enthusiasts will flock to display and admire scores of vintage vehicles while enjoying live music by The Snake Brothers Band.  At 1pm, trophies will be presented to the winners of the Antique Auto Show. Then, each of the vehicles entered in the auto show will parade through town, bringing this year's Skimmer Festival to a spectacular close.  Begins at 9am at 29th St.
