A traditional Hatha yoga style class, infused with Qi Gong, a variety of healing therapy & lots of modifications for all! Practice with the sun, surf, and sand for a unique experience! -Daily All Summer, Wetlands Institute Salt Marsh Safari

Watch our award-winning film, Secrets of the Salt Marsh, then join us for an interpretive walk through the wetlands!  Together we will travel along our elevated walkway, down the salt marsh trail, and out onto the dock overlooking Scotch Bonnet creek.  To fully experience the marsh, make sure to wear shoes that can get wet and muddy!

The North American Grappling Association (NAGA) is the world’s largest mixed grappling tournaments with over 700,000 competitors worldwide. These concerts are rain-or-shine events that are scheduled for a 7 pm start time every Tuesday evening at Centennial Park. A Jersey Shore Triathlon at its finest! Since 2004, Tri the Wildwoods has been the flagship race for DelMoSports. Before TRI AC, before Escape the Cape, and before IRONMAN 70.3 Atlantic City there was Tri the Wildwoods. Coined a “Rite of Passage Race,” by the Cape May Star & Wave, Tri the Wildwoods has always been known as a race of unpredictable weather, a challenging course, and possibly the best after party for a triathlon in the state of New Jersey!
